We just realized a Blendo game was part of the Steam refunds lawsuit

Someone on the Blendo discord noticed that Thirty Flights of Loving was actually one of the two games at the center of the Australian lawsuit against Steam over their refund policy.

You can see the lawsuit here.

Someone bought Thirty Flights of Loving to run on their Mac and found that it didn't work.

On 2 May 2013, after Mr Miller previously bought two additional games, he downloaded those games which were called “Thirty Flights of Loving” and “Dear Esther”. He experienced problems with both of them including no video, no audio, and, in the case of “Dear Esther” an inability to play the game.

Anyway, Valve was fined 3 million Australian dollars over their refund policies and all of this led to the current Valve 14 day refund window. I'm not a huge expert on the case or anything but it was fascinating to see a Blendo game's Mac port at the heart of something like this, haha.

Thank you to Jonkers on our discord for noticing this, and Jonkers' brother for tracking down further details!
