Cohost-style CSS infoboxes
thecommabandit has released an updated formatting that creates a very realistic and agreeable cohost-style infobox using non-inline CSS. You can past the provided CSS into your Bear CSS page to gain access to infobox styling pretty effortlessly.
I don't think I will use this kind of formatting on my site but I find it extremely charming and I wanted to help spread the word. Check it out! There are examples in the post.
I think I might have been more likely to use something like this if my site design was darker. I think it looks really good in the example context over a black background. However, I've been using this light blue/white/black styling now for over 10 years on various incarnations of this site and I am too busy to change it, even though it does feel in need of an update to me...
