Another post that's just photos
My day went much longer than anticipated because I spent so much of it hanging out with friends I don't see very often! I did get a chance to visit Moon Canyon and Heidelberg Park in LA today, however, and they have me these two fantastic shots of snow in the San Gabriels:
It's always nuts to be sweating in the sun down here while there's chains-on-your-tires snow weather up above. I've been living right under the San Gabriels for maybe five months now, and they're always whispering: get up here! I'm the mountains!! I'm calling to you!! or something like that. But I'm glad I'm not up there right now! Holy crap, it's snowy up there!
