The Wrapper
There is a large concrete tower built near the Jefferson/La Cienega Metro station in LA called The Wrapper. It looks fucking nuts. Some people hate it, but I don't mind the way it looks at all. I think it's dumb that it's huge, yet seems to be nearly unused - I have never once seen cars going in here - but I don't mind the way it looks at all.
We went there on an overcast day recently:

We tried to get inside but were unable to. A security guard found us looking at the doors and told us we could not get in. I asked whether we could ever get in to the lobby or look around, and the guard said, "It's private property." I said, "I know it's private property. Do they ever let anyone inside?" and he said "No."
Underrated weirdest part of The Wrapper is this strange region next to the side of the building which seems to exist exclusively to retain rainwater in a... puddle-type zone. I have no idea what the fuck this is. The depressions are intentional and have no drainage:

Inscrutable!!! If you are on the property management staff of The Wrapper, you gotta let people inside. I don't give a fuck how annoying it is for you or how secret you feel the interior of the structure is. This filming location website implies that it's completely fucking empty, and I've never seen a soul here. I know you don't got shit in there. It looks abandoned. I want to be inside!! Let me in!!!
